REQUEST TO APPOINT FRONTLINE HEALTH CARE WORKERS TO BE TRAINED VIRTUALLY ON COVID 19 RESPONSE

Health Care Workers (HCW) across the Country need to be regularly updated on the management of COVID-19 and the everchanging case definition in order to properly prepare themselves to combat the spread of the disease appropriately while protecting themselves and their families. The Ministry of Health has organized virtual sessions through the ECHO platform to capacity build front line County HCWs to help guide their response to the pandemic and help implement measures that will decrease the morbidity and mortality.

Following the outbreak and the wide spread of Corona Virus Globally, and with the reported cases of the Corona Virus disease (COVID-19) in Kenya, The Government of Kenya has instituted a series of responses to curb the spread of the virus. Kenya Health Federation COVID response team is seeking Front-line Health Workers (including those retired) to volunteer for various activities that we are planning in conjunction with the Kenyan Ministry Of Health.
